I frequently come to this location but never in my life have experienced such slow and rude service. I order my tea and donuts ahead of time through the app why is it that I have to wait 20 minutes for my order. On top of that it’s unsanitary to sneeze on your hands then touch my food without washing your hands. Awful, this guy goes right in front of me when I'm about to order and the the one at the register just takes him. Then I go upstairs they have teenagers being obnoxious throwing there water bottles and SMOKING unbelievable. I'm never coming here again. Also I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I got is warm but not toasted at all. Maybe the area it's in the people are naturally like that. Bad experience
Expect to be Ignored by their employees. This gentleman was so rude I was asking him for an order, I'm he ignored me, I'm thinking he didn't hear me considering it 6am. I take a glimpse at their menu for a seasonal beverage and ask for a small he ignored me counting coins on one register but refusing to take my order on the other register. I ask who is on register?
