Terrible experience. The cappuccino was poorly made and almost undrinkable. When I asked them to remake it, they took the same drink back, pretended to redo it, and gave it back to me. When questioned, they denied it. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Three employees were more focused on talking among themselves than serving customers. This location seriously needs better training and management.
Somehow they manage to get my order incorrect or hand my order to someone else each time. Ordered the chipotle hash browns through the mobile app, as i’m waiting I see the lady aggressively place the bag down (my food). I take my food and head to work, open the container and it’s the cheese sauce not chipotle aioli. Great job on messing up on the easiest possible thing order.
Order at 6am, I was given stale bagels from yesterday, everything else was good. Keep in mind I ordered 12 too.
