Even if you go an hour before closing, they'll turn you away, saying they're washing the machines and can't make espresso or Americano. Their coffee is always terrible and never fresh. This is one of the worst shops around. Stay away. Even though I live here, I just go to another shop and leave. The store managers clearly don't know how their employees treat customers during the day. They need to address this immediately.
One of the busiest Dunkin shop in this neibourhood, this shop famous for taxi driver , uber taxi driver , because I stay this shop in morning who travel to start duty on the way to city ( Manhattan ) I found lot of driver stopping for coffee then the way to work at city. Busiest shop. Cool always line.
Your staffs are so incompetent. I walked in to place order for food, the staff saw me but he decided to walk away and went packing trash, took his time to do that waled out to trash it. Meanwhile another lady was in there gong nack and forth doing nothing. I am not here for free food there should be courtesy no matter how small it is.
