A fine corner Dunkin. Some seating, and very clean. Ordered on the app, and waited less than a minute for my perfectly prepared coffee. Plus service with a smile. No complaints. ♿️
I placed a mobile order and waited for 20 mins, they still didn't have my drink ready. I had to leave without it because I was running late. On top of that, the four staff members stood behind the counter and kept giggling to themselves, doing nothing. It was an iced black coffee, how hard can that be???
I ordered a medium coffee and was given a small. When I politely informed the cashiers that I had ordered a medium, they became combative and insisted I had ordered a small. They clearly confused my order with the guy behind me who ordered a small. So weird to argue with a customer instead of just replacing a four-dollar drink.
