I rarely even write reviews but I’m not sure if the afternoon staff this day had a bad day or what but I never experienced such terrible service in my life. The store wasn’t any where near busy however I ordered ahead and was met with nothing but unwarranted eye rolls and an incomplete order. I didn’t take it personally at first so I didn’t mind the wait, I even tipped in cash while my order was still being done. I ended up getting smushed donuts in the process and then proceeded to get ignored
I stopped going to this Dunkin because of the distance, but now I realize why I was going there in the first place. Normally I would just go ahead about my day and not think about it but I felt compelled to write a review. First of all, my latte was PERFECT.
