Severely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes in line and walked out because it took to long. When I left there were still 3 people waiting for orders still. Not blaming the workers. If they had enough people working it would run a lot smoother. Just waited for a coffee for 10 plus minutes and I’m the only one ordering.
Great locale.. This Dunkin Donuts franchise spot, is exactly where I like it. Nice and practically hidden from the public. Ben from the Bronx Bridge Studio Apartments in Brooklyn NYC. NHL NY Rangers!
Not all Dunkin locations are the same or same owner. This location coffee preparation is the worse. Their Coffee at times is not Fresh. You ask for them to make it your way and they give you attitude. This is why I dont buy coffee here. If im in need of coffee I rather buy somewhere else.
