Food is not kept in a clean sealed container, you can taste the freezer in every bite. Refuse to do less ice in an iced coffee, so much ice in a cup that your regular oder from another location is to sweet and less coffee. There are several other locations available!
I used to visit this dunkin 2-3 times a week before work but I stopped after receiving either spoiled drinks or stale food time and time again. Today I ordered a “bagel” and they gave me a bagel hard as a rock must of been at least a day old so I went back in and kindly asked for a remake on whatever was made today and I was told that if I want something fresh then I should wait. It is 7am why on earth would any place that specializes in breakfast be selling old stale products that’s not right.
Fast and very friendly service. Professional, ladies at the best I had a hot latte and a croissant toasted with cream cheese. :-) BUT NO BATHROOM it's been a while since I've been to Dunkin' Donuts because of the stale donuts at other several locations. Throughout the tri state area, that's why i've been going to paris baquette or tim Hortons and the real problem is that these big franchises do not have allocated cleaning services.
