I ordered a wake up wrap and they served it to me cold and was also straight up missing some of the food. Also the manager was arguing with a customer while i was waiting for my food. They were being extremely disrespectful to the customer and the manager kept telling the customer that she doesn’t care.
Every morning i go to this Dunkin’ Donuts across from the queens project it’s always something. They never have napkins. Always out of black pepper salt. I work upstairs above the store so coming down for breakfast is convenient. About 3 times I express how my things are just bad like my chicken rap was cold and another time I express how the store was dirty with trash. This is where I’m eating from. The manager is so rude and that she doesn’t care because she blames corporate for the deplorable
They have been giving attitude not only me but to other people. They take long with my food and at the end it’s cold, not only it’s not cold but they give the wrong orders out. A guy came and talked to the manager about what happened last time and to do better, he wasn’t gonna try to argue or want anything free. The manager started screaming and gave him attitude when he was trying find a solution to a problem. She was being disrespectful, They don’t wanna do there JOB.
