Ordered online pickup and when I got home, I opened the bag to see this. Along with my glazed donut sticking to the outside of the paper. Asked for it toasted, and when I took a bite, it was chewy. As if they put it in the microwave and just let it sit out. No crunchiness whatsoever. Hurts my teeth to chew. I’ll finish it, but wish it was better…
Went in for a dunkaccino not knowing it was “ discontinued “ although it’s just hot chocolate and coffee, but instead of saying no when I asked if they had it they said yes, rang me up for a Dunkin latte with almond milk ? When I didn’t want the drink when they made it and I saw, they said they didn’t have the drink and didn’t offer to correct or serve another drink, I had to ask for a plain coffee. Weak costumer service at this location.
When I go to this place, sometimes they have bad employees. There was this one girl that messed up the guys order 2 times and on the second time, she pushed her hands in the garbage and didn’t even wash her hands so I told her and she went to go wash them. There is this one employee that does so good every time it comes to someone’s order. I always ask for something and he does it quickly and correctly. There is another girl who does the same as the other good employee.
