It is a Dunkin'. What more can one expect? It offers a variety of different beverages where you can order as is or modify your drink order. That helps if you need to watch your sugar. Unfortunately, they cannot serve the turkey sausage at this location thus limiting what you can eat here. Dunkin' uses Morningside brand vegan sausage and Morningside brand vegan turkey bacon; be forewarned if you have allergies to Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), do not eat the vegan bacon as it is loaded with it. I have been to this Dunkin tens of time. Staff is cooperative. Their Chai Latte is good like near to precision but not extremely precise taste like Starbucks but at least better than many. Egg and Cheese with bagel is also tasty.
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. I ordered two drinks but was almost charged for three. When I politely corrected the mistake, I was met with unnecessary attitude instead of an apology from the cashier. The drinks themselves were not mixed properly, and when I asked for a tray, the staff member threw it at me and walked away. Another customer witnessed this as well.
