Let’s start off with the lobby full of homeless people and the workers do nothing to remove them! Second if your drink is made wrong they will not fix it at all!!! I had to buy my drink twice but it was made wrong! Will not to returning DD you just lost a loyal customer going back to Starbucks!
Worst Dunkin’ I ever went to. Service is so slow even though they’re not busy. Also, the employees need training and manners. One time, they messed up my order twice and when I told them about it, they yelled at me like it’s my fault! Sorry you don’t know how to do your job right! It’s alright to make mistakes but don’t yell at the customer. Just please save your time and go to the Dunkin’ in 102 street the employees are far more nicer and are more considerate
Ask for a cookie dough iced latte with oatmilk. The lady clearly didn’t know how to make it and gave me a drink with all kinds of things added like chocolate syrup, caramel, and almond milk. Good thing I caught it because I’m allergic to almonds smh.
