A couple of days ago at this Dunkin’, I was given a burnt bacon, egg, and cheese. It was hard and tasteless, so I had to throw it away, there was no hope despite the fact I was hungry. Today I showed a photo of it and the proof of purchase (in the dunkin app), and asked for a refund. I have ordered in the app twice. The first time the order was absolutely perfect. Today I ordered and the person making mobile orders did not pay attention to what I wanted. My order was horrible but I was almost at work when I saw it was messed up so I couldn't rectify it. Please just go over the codes for the mobile orders because I adjusted my order to my liking the person made it the way it is on the menu.
I love the women who work there they are fast and friendly. They go above and beyond. I absolutely love their consistency ‼️😍
