Long-running chain serving signature breakfast items & a variety of coffee drinks.
From Google Maps reviews.
Found a hair embedded in a donut and black residue. Contacted customer support last Friday, was told the owner would contact me for compensation. It’s now the following week and I’ve received no response. Photos attached.
Very busy area, surprisingly large parking lot. Store was not very clean looking. Staff was not too happy. Took a bit of time to get my coffee; the young lady who took my order was gone for a bit when a fellow came over to tell me she was making a fresh batch. Didn’t taste particularly fresh, though…
The employees here need some training asap. I frequent Dunkins all over NYC and usually order the same thing. They made 2 drinks from me that tasted nothing like what I usually get. They told me that’s how “they make it here”. It was even a different color, I googled the name and showed them a pic from Dunkin’s website and they all showed each other confused. They attempted again and it was even worst. They tell me they just follow the machine’s directions. They need basic training.
