I feel like I’m in some sort of weird Stockholm Syndrome relationship with this Dunkin. I go there because it’s convenient and six dollar meal deal but it has the rudest staff of any Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Let’s count the ways: -When it was across the street but same staff- I asked for hash browns they forgot. This was pre-six dollar meal deal. They started yelling at me it was two extra dollars. Very clean and nice looking inside. However the drinks are completely different every time and taste disgusting. I know dunkin sometimes has that issue but this is by far the worst tasting dunkin and most inconsistent I’ve ever been to. Their manager needs to re train everyone because their drinks are absoloutely disgusting
Just went in there not even 5 minutes ago, the person on the register is rude and when I asked for extra ice in my frozen coffee she said okay, then proceeded to tell the guy to make it the normal way and I asked for no Whipped Cream and they proceeded to do what they wanted to do. I requested a refund and got my money back in cash…don’t come to this location it’s trash.
