- On 5/7/2026 at around 1:20 I saw a fly laying on the French Culler. And I kindly told the employees that they need to shield their donuts front and back. My recent trips for the food like the hash browns and breakfast sandwich is ok in a hurry. This Dunkin (that opened late last year or 2) needs improvements for cleanliness and taste.
Update: I appreciate the new Dunkin being in our neighborhood. But honestly the staff is not friendly, not attentive, I always greet with a happy good morning and they just stare like I’m dumb. If this Dunkin wants to exceed they need a new crew immediately. At least only 4 of them are nice and they’re usually the night crew. Morning manager needs to switch things up. Never a morning where it’s flooded with people and me having to wait 17 minutes for 1 iced coffee is insane. Hopefully this chang
So happy this finally opened up near my house. Its a 5 minute walk from where I live. Excellent customer service and very attentive staff here at this new Bronx location. The coffee was great and they really at least for me, really paid attention to the details. I think some of the negative reviews are from people that might need to give the new staff a little chance to get used to their invironment and maybe come in with a better attitude.
