This Dunkin gets BUSY. I gave the 4 stars for the food because I love Dunkin. Definitely a guilty pleasure. But the ladies in there handle the orders like a champ. It can't always be perfect because of the rush that comes and the online orders but they are great. Bought come across the usual Zombie in there or at the front door though.
I ordered a box of Joe and 2 dozen donuts. I let them know I'm in a bit of rush for work and they got right on it and had me tooken care of quickly. They did forget the sugars so next time I'll double check but they were helpful and fast.
Wouldn't even give me a cup of water after buying breakfast. A small cup of water isn't going to bankrupt your business. If it does you're already in trouble.
