This is the worst place when it comes to chocolate milkshakes and drinks! It’s always thin and full of milk the shakes are very poor! I ordered the same thing at the Crossbay blvd location and it was exactly what I wanted! To the manager of the 116 location please look into the poor quality drinks your team is serving the public! I will give you one star for the time you wasted!
The drinks always have the same amount of ice, even if you ask for less; the cup is never full; they never mix the drink properly; and sometimes the cup is dirty from other drinks. With the food, they never include ketchup, and they assemble the sandwiches poorly. They need to be more careful and put more effort into their work.
My experience was horrible, i wanted a chocolate cheesecake single scoop and i wanted a 2 scoop sundae for my wife. When i went inside the guy was sweeping and he was the only one there so he told me to wait 5 minutes so he could sweep. I said ok. Then more customers came in i waited 15+ minutes i still waited patiently but then instead of taking my order he took everyone else’s order then he took mine. It got me a little mad but i let it go, he took my order and i first ordered my single scoop
