This place tries to poison me. First of all place looks like a scene out of the walking dead. A zombie was sitting at the window chewing his string from his hoodie. The staff wouldn’t acknowledge me until I spoke up. The worker that helped me was slow and made me repeat what I wanted three times. All I asked for was a single scoop nothing else no bells and whistles simple. After leaving the store I took a taste of this ice cream and I swear it was like tasting spoiled beer and milk together. CLEARLY DONT CLOSE AT 10. I called and they said they close at 9. I went at 8:40 and they were closed and said they close at 8:30 like huh??? I just called and asked the night before. So it’s still fully stocked so I asked if I can buy something and this man proceeds to tell me they only have 3 donuts while I’m STARRING AT FULLY STOCKED DONUTS. I’m sure if I call at 9:45 somebody will answer so why are y’all locking the doors early.
Place was a little dirty. The workers were rude there clearly they do not understand customer service I was not satisfied with how they treated my son and all he was doing was looking at the cakes in the freezer and the man said if your not going to buy anything get out with out knowing if he was by himself or not. Maybe management should re-evaluate their workers
