I visited this BR/DD on Tue evening (June 30th) & they didn’t have nothing but empty buckets inside the ice cream section!! Didn’t have any Cookies & Cream, Pistachio Almond, or Mint Chocolate Chip!! Why would you keep an empty tub of ice cream on display?? What a waste of time! Wasn’t greeted upon entering store, employees were NOT welcoming @ all! Don’t bother patronizing this business! Worst experience @ a Baskin-Robbins 4 sure!!
I’ve been coming to this Baskin & Robbin’s location for a while now, and quite recently—we went there and TWICE, they mistakenly gave me ice cream that included nuts. I have a nut allergy. The first time, about two months ago—I tried to order and the employee was so rude and wasn’t listening. It took her a few minutes just to understand that I wanted two scoops, I couldn’t even tell her my flavors at the moment… like seriously?? Then after that, I told her my two flavors. One was Chocolate Chip
I used to go here a lot as a kid! One Friday evening, a couple of guys who were obviously criminals ran into the place, stole a cake from the freezer, and ran out of the store and into a getaway car before anyone could catch them!
