Don’t ever order from here over delivery service. Whatever you order they just send a small cooler without ice inside a sealed bag that the driver can’t check.
I ordered two scoops of ice cream in one cup. That should be simple enough right? The lady proceeds to give me two scoops, but she gives me one full scoop and a small scoop. I asked her why did you give me two scoops of the same size and she looks at me like I’m dumb and says I gave you two scoops. Mind you I was charged for the two full scoops, but she refused to do. I would never go back there again.
The ice cream was old, it had a lot of ice in it. There were only select flavors. The place did not have a sense of cleaniness. When I ate all of the ice cream, my stomach started hurting and I was in the bathroom (TMI) several times. You may ask, why did I purchase the ice cream? Well I had a craving for some good Baskin Robbins and I went and said to myself, give it a try. Please fix this issue.
