  Service is unusually slow here, even when it's not busy. I usually get small orders, like an iced coffee or an order of hash browns. Coffee with milk normally takes 10 seconds at other locations (an extra minute if I get hash browns), but I end up waiting at least 4-5 minutes each time I go to this location. The last time I went, the garbage can was so full, there was trash falling onto the floor. Also, on two occasions I had asked for ONE order of hash browns but was charged and given two. Guy

  My girlfriend and I went here yesterday around 6pm the lady at the counter while we was ordering was not helpful in any way. My girlfriend ordered her drink tornado twist Dunkin energy drink. The lady said we don’t have that drink ( the option was on there menu also) so my girlfriend politely said okay what flavors do you have she said the berry burst and the peach flavor.   The coffee here is genuinely terrible. No matter what time of day I order it the coffee is always disgusting. Burnt or watered down you can always count on this location to give you the worst coffee you've ever had. Plus good luck waiting on your food. If they dont completely mess up the order they will forget your even there and go avout thier business cleaning or continuing to make gross coffee.
