I don’t know where to start. First I came in with my family. My daughter wanted a unicorn creation ice cream, I waited at least 10-15 min for someone to acknowledge me, mind you there was one other customer being finished taken care of. Finally, the lady asked me what I wanted and I asked for the creation ice cream. Smh my nurse girlfriend ordered a very much needed and deserved coffee from this establishment 20 mins before arriving and I am disappointed to say that there was no said iced coffee drink in sight! How dare they treat my poor decaffeinated partner that way, she could have passed out from the heat with the lack of iced coffee drink! Dunkin’ I expected better from you >:( (glad they made her drink soon after she asked them about it) BUT SHAME
This is the best Dunkin that I know of, the staff is really great. They make great Dunkin coffee and it's consistent and the food and doughnuts are great. They just made me the best version of Dunkin $6 deal I've ever had. The BEC on croissant was Devine, the French could only dream of such opulence.
