I ordered 2 empanadas and she gave me 3. I returned to the store to return one after I had touched it. She took it back and places it back in the tray for sale. That is against NYC hygiene contamination policy. Also, the manager is very arrogant. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, she threw the change back at my face. Very unprofessional.
I just came back from them this morning, and their croissants were excellent. Also a pretty good Bacon egg and cheese! Staff were friendly. Update: Their sausage egg and cheese is one of the best I've eaten for the price point!
