I was a regular customer for 8 months and this restaurant recently is declining in service and increasing in price. Today i went and i found hair in my rice, and not only they noticed it when i complained , they acted like is not a big deal. I told the staff they need to use hairnet and instead of apologizing to me, she said they use it and i told her listen even if you use it you need to cover hairs completely because you have this fan throwing air towards the food and thats a cross contamina
Ordered a family combo beef stew, with mora (rice and peas). I received the mora and that’s it, no beef stew. I ordered a potato salad and received a macaroni salad. Once tried ordering for delivery and they just said they couldn’t hear and hung up. Called again and they just hung up. Another time when we Ordered for delivery, food was missing. Which led to calling them to ask about missing food, they proceed to talk in the background, then put me on hold. After 2 minutes they just hung up.
