This was my first time visiting and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. To begin, the first waitress didn’t seem to know the menu and couldn’t explain what came with the dishes or the sides. I ordered the entraña with rice and beans, and the steak was extremely chewy and lacked flavor. I also ordered a bolón, which was very large, so I wasn’t able to finish my meal. I combined my leftovers so I could take them home and had also ordered an additional plate to go. When t
