I don't understand the bad reviews.. I'm really shocked because what I experienced was completely different. Upon entering, everyone was so friendly. Busy and all they made it their business to tell me to look at the selections and just hold one moment while they serviced other customers. I ordered a pernil sandwhich and my husband ordered rice and beans, with pollo guisado, and a side of maduros. All of the food tasted great! The pernil was very soft and not salty! I enjoy a well cooked pernil
The chicken is soooo delish. Yucca always hits. Everything is well seasoned. Salsa verde is spicy like it should be. Mojo de ajo is addictive. My parents religiously go for the sancocho.
Googling for a tasty Puerto Rican food and I find this place, read the reviews and I said let me go for the first time. Let’s start by saying, as I enter the restaurant it seems clean, there were two young adults behind the counter. First: No welcoming mentioned to their establishment. Second: The food is disappointing ( NOT AUTHENTIC PUERTO RICAN FOOD) Being P.R. Myself. Just doused with other ingredients. It’s salty flavoring’s’ If you like salt 👍🏼this is the place. Price is affordable’ Mind
