I hope the owner sees this review and doesn’t ignore it. It’s not just about noticing the good things—it’s also about paying attention to what customers don’t like and what isn’t working. I’ve ordered from this place several times, and while I understand they serve a lot of customers, the customer service is very basic. The real issue is that they repeatedly get orders wrong and then try to blame the customer for their mistakes. Anyone can make a mistake, and we overlooked it several times, but
The empanadas are insanely good! Full of flavor and the breading texture is just perfect. The empanadas come with its own sauce and the kick it adds just elevates the entire experience.
This place used to be great and has gone terrible. I placed an order which I picked up (chicken, rice, and beans) today and received the smallest portion I’ve ever seen from a restaurant. The rice was a thin layer which sat on top of a layer of oil. I’m attaching a pic of my freshly opened order for reference. Not ordering here again.
