Unfussy, family-owned eatery offering typical Spanish Basque & American bites to eat in or take out.
From Google Maps reviews.
I was really excited to try this place as my friend highly recommended it. The food was kinda sad, the chicken was dry and the spaghetti was not expected especially Dominican spaghetti!! The lady at the front was very nice but the food was so mid! The guava tres leche was the bulk of this review !! I don’t think I’ll be coming back
My boss took me here for lunch and let me tell you it was so good!! I’m Dominican and I eat at a lot of Dominican restaurants in NYC, but this one omg takes the crown. I had stew chicken with white rice and the chicken was falling off the bone and cooked to perfection. I also got the avocado salad that just made everything better! I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes.
We tried this place based on the ratings. It did not exceed our expectations. The food was set up buffet style but cold. We were sold large portions. The beef was tough and the chicken was dry. It was not seasoned to my expectations. I felt robbed even though I left a tip. The staff was very nice. But we were not greeted. They also wore no gloves.
