I just had such a nice experience! After going to the UWS location today and being “helped” (not really), I came to this location to see if there were a specific pair of pants in my size. Not only did they have everything in stock, I was told that the sizes run large and I would have fit perfectly in the size at the previous location. This made it even more apparent that the UWS location basically ignored me. I was informed of the warranty, new customer discount, and much more. Pearla was great
Stopped in today for a Father’s Day gift, Jay was amazing and so helpful! Even gift wrapped the shirt.
The staff is incredible. They made us feel so welcome and at home in the store. I can’t say enough what a great shopping experience it was. The staff was so eager to help me find something I loved, and they were never pushy. I can’t wait to come back!!
