The gelato is amazing! All of the flavors are delicious and high quality. The true stars of the show are Natalia and yana! They're wonderful human beings who not only go above and beyond but do the little things that make a difference. Upon one visit I saw yana go out of her way to add a little extra cherry/wine jam to my cup to make sure we got the good stuff. They also greeted every customer with the same energy and even knew what cone their regulars preferred. Exceptional customer service but
Absolutely best gelato in Astoria hands down! We come here all throughout the summer and even in the winter! Not too sweet but sweet enough for us savory food lovers. The staff here is always so kind, not a hiccup till this day! Everything tastes amazing…great place for adults to indulge and if you want…the kids.
This is a nice gelato 🍧 place with several locations around NYC. Clean facilities. Seasonal flavors. Reasonably priced. Card payments are accepted. Staff of hit or miss. But that’s expected at ice cream shops. Not everyone loves their job. Give this place a try if you’re in the area. Stracciatella gelato 🍨 was good.
