Expensive for no reason. I came in yesterday and got soft serve chocolate ice cream . When I tell you it had MAYBE two full twists of ice cream come out of the machine and I added a sprinkle of chocolate crunch, total was almost $6.00. Like BFFR. An ice cream cone (soft serve) is $5.50 with no toppings. That’s insane . Ice cream truck is way cheaper. Also, it was pretty dirty all around. Never seen it like that either .
I had a really disappointing experience here today. I came in with two friends and asked the employee at the front if we could try free samples. He directed us to the sample spoons, so we started trying a few flavors. When I tried the pineapple flavor, nothing was coming out even after holding the lever down for about a minute, so I joked to my friends that it might be empty. I walked into Frozen d lite expecting to try some of the flavors I saw advertised online, but none of them were available in-store. The selection was totally different. On top of that, several of the flavors looked watery and clearly needed mixing—likely a machine issue. I pointed it out to the employee, but he seemed completely unbothered and didn’t do anything about it. What’s even more frustrating is that they don’t allow sampling.
