I ordered the curry chicken from Fusion East and immediately became concerned when I cut into several pieces and found the meat to be noticeably pink throughout the center. The appearance was alarming enough that I stopped eating the meal because I wasn’t comfortable taking the risk. Whether the chicken was technically cooked or not, no customer should have to question the safety of their food. The presentation and quality control were simply not where they should be. I came here with a friend to grab a bite to eat. It was the 1st time coming here & wanted to see if this was a hidden gem. I will say the food was good & the drinks were good as well. I had the salmon entree & my friend had the ny strip special. I had 2 long island ice teas for my drink. My friend had margaritas with casamigos added. Music was good & the vibe was definitely chill. Booked it for a tricky catch-up with an old friend I hadn't seen in years and the venue carried the awkward bits beautifully. Quiet enough to actually talk, food that gave us something to focus on. Staff left us alone when needed. Bill was very fair. Conversation actually went well. Place did half the work honestly.
