I love breakfast here. But their lunch is what really surprises you with their extensive palette and variety. A mix of American and Spanish dishes with breakfast and lunch twists. Delicious omelettes, fries, corn beef hashed, tacos, burritos and Chicken Parm sandwiches. Everything comes out tasty here, with a friendly staff that serves it. A+.
I've been going to New Star (now Galaxy) for nine years so far. It's a cozy little restaurant, but it's more like going to your favorite aunt's house, everybody is so friendly. The breakfasts are wonderful: big fat pancakes, hash browns, eggs and omelettes any style, and delicious fresh-ground coffee.
