Check your food before you leave. I went to location and ordered and waited for BBQ spare ribs. When I got home I found over half the ribs burnt to a crisp. No napkins, no utensils. The guy who handled the food knew they were burnt, but closed the lid and handed be garbage. Will never go there again.
Horrible experience this time. I order from here always and this time they sent old rubbery wings, stale French fries and shrimp fried rice. When I called the “manager” said the driver will be here with the new wings. It’s been approximately two hours and at this point I need a refund. They have been giving me the run around they don’t give a damn if you’re a loyal customer or not.
I’m so disappointed so I googled in my area which is 10461 Chinese food then I put .5 miles away and then lastly top rated and this is the location that I provided was a 4.2. I’m literally eating my food not thinking anything of it and look at the picture that I posted never ordering from here again and not to mention the girl that answer the phone was rude, but I was hungry and just wanted to get some food delivered so I didn’t have to go out.
