Horrible customer service. I placed an order for 3 things paid $32. I received my order an hour and 4 minutes after calling. When my food arrived my tostones were rubbery and soggy. They said they will send a replacement so I waited until 45 mins passed and I called back to see where my delivery was just to find out that they were not going to send a replacement due to it “being soggy” again due to the delivery time. This is the second time they get the same order wrong. I called and order chicken broccoli and they gave me shrimp broccoli. Charged me for shrimp and when I came back to get a replacement they didn’t offer anything for the price difference. I then asked and she said $1 different even though on the menu it said $2. Also, she took out the shrimp from my order and then added the chicken to it. Crazy.
I ordered a seafood combination that come with shrimp lobster king crab meat scallops for $18 I called and asked if the crab meat was real king crab meat or imitation crab meat they said it was real king crab meat so I ordered it and got imitation crab meat pin size lobster pieces about 3 exactly how plate for the onions five broccoli pieces and nothing else I called them back to speak to the manager only for them to tell me it’s real king crab meat mixed with flour to keep it for falling apart
