We stopped in to this H-mart to do some grocery shopping and noticed this mochi donut place next door. I've always wanted to try a mochi donut so I couldn't resist. They had tons of different donut flavors in the display case so it was a tough choice. Besides donuts they also have Korean corn dogs, which seems like an odd pairing. But those also looked tasty and I always wanted to try a Korean corn dog. Maybe next time!
It's the first stall as you enter the Market Eatery Food Hall at Hmart LIC. We've tried their mochi donuts before for occasional splurge. We didn't notice about their soft serve until last weekend when we saw the luring poster about the limited time promo: $1.49 for a 4 oz cup (reg. $4.99) ! Who could refuse?! We each got individual cup of ube and matcha flavored soft serve, respectively. We came back the next day, and went for the ube + matcha mix swirl. So tempting for more! Considerin
The dubai style "chewy" cookie was extremely hard. I was so excited to try it but was so disappointed. I bought their 3 pack and all of them were hard like the outside part was frozen. The outside was bitter so I could barely taste the inside.
