Been here a few times but had an awful experience today. The counter had spilled drink and I did not see and leaned into it. Was wearing a white shirt that cost $100. When I pointed it out to the young "lady" she was unconcerned. Did not even say sorry. Made no attempt to clean the mess. When I pointed all that out she asked me if I wanted her to jump over the counter and clean my shirt and her job is to make drinks not clean up and as I was leaving sarcastically said "have a nice day." I came here last night in the rain, thats how hard I was craving bubble tea. The fabulous Adrianna (i think that was her name) greeted me with a warm smile as her A1 musical selection wanted through the store speakers. What a welcoming and authentic experience. She recommended the Oreo Caramel drink, which I purchased along w the adorable Gong Cha key chain and bubble tea Christmas ornament, and I gladly added a tip.
