I’m writing this with a very heavy heart! My partner and I frequent this place so much and the food is always amazing and the delivery is quick! HOWEVER, we just waited TWO HOURS for cold food. Every time we called we were told 20 more minutes, until we ultimately spoke with the manager which only was able to offer us a $4 discount which felt boarder line disrespectful how unaccommodating they are. AVOID THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I write this review with utter disappointment, but after looking at the last few reviews, I see this has become the norm. Obviously my $50 purchase is insignificant to their business but I’m sure there’s others experiencing the same thing. I called and ordered at 7:47, was told the usual 20-25 mins. At 8:27, 40 mins later I called to see how much longer it’d be. The woman says the driver left a few mins ago. At 8:53 my husband gets home, food still isn’t here
The best most reliable takeout chinese spot in bushwick. Been coming for years and the food is consistently better than any other chinese food in the area. Lunch special will never disappoint.
