I purchased two sponge cakes, and both of them had black mold inside. I only noticed after taking a few bites. This is extremely concerning, as food safety should be a basic standard. After eating it, I started experiencing stomach pain. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing from here again. Please take food quality control more seriously.
I’ve been coming here for years, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is consistently friendly, the food is great, and the value is hard to beat. I still come at least once a week and highly recommend it.
I regularly come here on weekends for the steamed rice rolls, but the quality is very inconsistent depending on who is working. Sometimes the rice rolls are too thick, other times they’re too thin, and even extra soy sauce doesn’t help the texture or flavor. The employees also seem impatient and uninterested in customer service.
