Last time I will eat at this establishment. I recently went to get a bagel here and was shocked by the manger treatment of a customer. As I sat eating my bagel the customer was complaining how rude the cashier was. Customer finished his purchase stepped outside but came back inside because he wanted to speak to the manager about her rudeness. Absolute rip off. I usually get my bagels in Midtown but wanted to try this place for a change. What a mistake. I paid $5.50 for a toasted mini bagel with cream cheese and jelly. To put that in perspective, a full size bagel in Midtown costs around $4 to $5 max, and a mini is $2 to $3. Charging more than Midtown Manhattan prices for a miniature bagel in Queens is completely ridiculous. The food is mediocre, nothing crazy, and definitely not worth the premium. 🛑 Disappointed by Hidden Fees and Poor Treatment I used to enjoy coming here, but after today’s experience, I won’t be returning. When I paid with a credit card, a convenience fee was added without any disclosure beforehand.
