I ordered the beef chow fun expecting a fairly traditional dish. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing close to authentic. As shown in the attached photo, the dish was overwhelmingly made up of celery and carrots. Authentic beef chow fun consists of wide rice noodles, beef, bean sprouts, and scallions — that’s it.
