I never been in person but all my orders comes fresh and hot. I’ve order black pepper chicken, Fries, boneless bbq spare ribs everything is yummy. The bbq sauce hot sauce on fries always hit!
I've been here three times and everything always tastes "off" bordering on spoiled. The shrimp and broccoli smelled spoiled and the fried foods have a weird darkness to them that makes it seem like they use old oil. The fried rice is also weirdly mushy. Also I don't usually care about customer service but it's particularly bad here. No one really seems like they're listening and there's always a bunch of chaos in the front.
Food was alright, definitely NOT worth the horrible attitude I got when I called to ask for the status of my order that was 30 mins late. Probably better to just order in person and not have to deal with whoever answers the phones.
