It was a fun and festive restaurant with great attentive service. They even gave us hair tie and eyeglass wipes, and scooped the oil from the soup base during our meal to lessen the grease from cooking. Their dancing noodle performance was interesting and refreshing. They have a good variety of soup, sauce, meat, seafood and vegetable for you to choose from. Every visit has been wonderful at Haidilao. The staff is super attentive and comes to check on tables frequently. The bathroom is also super clean and smelled good. The soup base for the hotpot was good and really flavorful. The ingredients were fresh and tasted just right. There is a small charge to use the sauce bar, which also included appetizers and deserts. You can ask for a noodle dance if you order their noodles. There is also a snack area if you have to wait for a table during busy time
