This review is about sustainability! I really appreciate that you offer real mugs, plates, and glassware to your customers. By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And over 95% of the plastic that we produce and consume, does not actually get recycled, but rather ends up in landfills, incinerators, and in our waterways. I’ve been ordering from Hala cafe for years now, & remembered I hadn’t ordered my favorite veggie hummus bowl in a while. Today I added a pastry for dessert & when I received my delivery order, I was surprised to see a note apologizing that they didn’t have my exact pastry, & they not only provided TWO pastries to replace the missing one, but they were VERY similar to the pastry I originally ordered. Hands down the best coffee in the area, with the best people working here. The vibes are always immaculate and the food is amazing, definitely recommend the chicken sandwich. This place is a staple for me, cannot recommend enough!!
