If you’re looking for a place that serves incredible food without emptying your wallet, Flame Kabob and Grill is it. UPDATE (June 2026): Came back for the lamb, and it completely echoes the perfection of my last meal here. Consistency like this is rare! The lamb is incredibly tender with a beautiful, subtle kick of spice grilled into the meat that adds great flavor without overpowering the dish. And just like last time, those julienned carrots (which taste like they're simmered in honey) and sweet, tender raisins in the flawlessly cooked rice are consistently phenomenal. I’ve been to this restaurant three times and each time was a pleasant experience. My favorite dish is the chicken tikka, kofta and malai kebab. The 3 different meats are tasty, well seasoned but not over seasoned. I don’t eat a lot so I have leftovers for 3 days. I love how the Afghans cook their rice with raisins and it goes well with the meat. I highly recommend Flam Kabab & Grill.
