I recently stopped by Halal Express while in the area for an open house and was curious to try this new spot. Halal Chinese food isn’t that common in Brooklyn, so I thought it was interesting enough to give it a shot. The setup is what you’d expect from a classic Chinese fast food restaurant: a straightforward, no-frills interior with a few tables for dine-in, and a counter where you place your order. Behind the counter, two large screens display the full menu along with some daily specials. Ho
If I had to be honest the food was AMAZING. But I do have to say it was really packed, not sure maybe because it was just a rush, but outside of that food was the best Chinese I’ve had compared to other halal Chinese spots. I’d say they could get a bit more staff to handle more customers.
I ordered Thai soup, it’s only red chili and water very bed test
