PSA: Check Your Happy Dragon Orders – Hidden Charges and Mispriced Items I’ve been a loyal customer of Happy Dragon for several years now, frequently placing orders over $30+. Recently, I decided to question an overcharge I noticed—because this has been happening to me every time I’ve placed an order by phone. My total from the Happy Dragon Restaurant pamphlet came out to be $34.25, but I was charged $35.25. When I asked about the extra $1, I was told by the rude lady it was a “delivery fee.”
They purposely put the food on the top of the container so they can give you less food. Chicken wing was small and unseasoned
The lady over the phone had turned a place we all loved for over 10 years into the WORST Chinese food in the Bronx. Just by her nasty attitude. I haven’t ordered in over 2 years. Then today I was reminded why. I live one block away and ordered a $13 order. She said I needed to order more to order. That has never been the case for years. The reason why I stopped ordering was similar! They sent me an order with a hair. Then they sent me another order and next time I called she said I was “banned”
