Loved Heytea! The drinks are super fresh and flavorful—especially the cheese foam teas and fruit blends. Not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. The space is modern and clean, and service is quick. Perfect spot for a refreshing treat in LIC! 🧋
I found a bug in my drink and it was disgusting… A big piece of the body was stuck to the side of the cup, and there were smaller pieces floating on top of the cream. I felt sick the moment I realized what it was. This is a serious hygiene problem and it honestly made me lose confidence in this location. I threw the whole drink out right away. I hope the store actually looks into this because no customer should ever have to deal with something like this.
I really don’t like doing these types of reviews but…I just waited 30 minutes for a very mid Jasmine Milk Tea drink. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because the employees did look overwhelmed and tried their best with the rush of delivery orders.
