I love this place, I did not expect for the sushi rolls to be so big with so much fish! Also it is so amazing how they have a large variety of options. The pumpkin croquettes were great. Service and atmosphere is like a diner almost, but with Japanese features.

It's no wonder why Hibino is always so packed - the sushi is simply outstanding! We had the tuna tataki salad to start, which was flavorful and generous enough for two. We also shared a sushi special, along with two pieces of heavenly toro. The fried eel roll was scrumptious without being greasy or heavy.
