Bagels tasted great! Large sized, fresh NY bagels. Get 2 free with a dozen. Also ordered flavored cream cheese and Boars Head meat. Long lines at times and a little pricier than some other nearby shops but worth going there.
Hello. I do not usually make complaints but I felt encouraged to do so when I called the store about my order. I was told so what, just scrape the butter off of the bagel ( I did not request extra butter) and it was suggested that I not ask to have my bagel toasted any more, as if wanting a bagel that is not burnt is expecting too much. Customer service was so poor and there was no acknowledgment that maybe a mistake was made. And to top it off the person I spoke with argued that the bagel
What kind of coffee did you send me? I ordered a large cup, my coffee wasn't filled to the brim, it was half full, and it was in a small cup. I ordered a double portion. What is this? You put the bread in the same bag where I had the salmon sandwich, and all my bread was soaked in the fatty salmon oil. What kind of service is this?..
